Board Of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (BOT) of SADA consists of a number of members who are highly qualified and hold long experience in the management and training of human resources and is responsible for drawing up the Academy’s public policies and rules.

There are 18 board members, including three from Saudi Aramco, one from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and Human Resources Development Fund, and 13 voted in from among the drilling and workover companies involved.

The chairman and members of the academy, who are members of the board of trustees, are responsible for the maintenance of training quality, implementation of the set rules, steps for achievement of the academy’s vision and mission, security and safety of trainees, and the academy as a whole.

The members of the BOT will focus on the quality of the academy’s graduates who, after graduation and part of the work ethics, must be holding the highest skills in all their areas of specialization.
